difference between 'Enable write cache ' & 'Enable advanced'

I want to know what exactly is the difference between Enable advanced performance for the policies setting on hard drive and Enable write caching on the disk? I thought that by using the enable write caching on the disk it usually enable write caching on the disk, but what about the other option that is given which is called Enable advanced perfromance, what does it do then? Any information would be appreciated.

Actually, both do the same job but the advanced performance setting is a more advanced write caching tool that can store so many information in the cache more specifically on the Sata Disk that has 16 MB cache. But beware in mind that the potential for disk corurption or data loss will be also greater in the event of a power disruption to the pc.

You can even try to manually turn Disk Write Caching On or Off then follow the below steps:

    1. First of all you have to right-click on My Computer, and then click Properties.
    2. After that you need to click on the Hardware tab, and then click Device Manager.
    3. Now you have to expand Disk Drives.
    4. After that you have to right-click the drive on which you want to turn disk write caching on or off, and then click Properties.
    5. Now you have to click the Policies tab.
    6. After that you need to click to select or clear the Enable write caching on the disk check box as appropriate and click ok.
