Explorer.exe APPCRASH in Vista x64

I have got Windows Vista running on my computer and whenever I click on the desktop to open any application or either go to my computer, then the explorer.exe is crashing with the following error code:

I have ran many antivirus software on my pc, thinking that it could eliminate the issue if it is because of any virus but it didnt work for me. So, is there anyone who can sort this problem for me. Thanks.

The crashing of explorer.exe are often related to adware or spyware issue. It could be also that there might be some Internet Explorer addon fault since sometimes two applications share many processes. In any case, you can try to run process explorer and check if something spikes when the crashing occurs. You can download the Process Explorer tool from here - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/s.../bb896653.aspx. Also if this doesnt work, then if you have installed any application just before the crashing started then you can uninstall that program and see if that helps.
