DistributedCOM System Event 10016 Error

I use to get “DistributedCOM System Event 10016 Error” every hour on my screen. It is Windows Vista computer where am getting this from 2 days. I tried searching web for any fix but dint got one useful. There was a guy on one website who told me some registry fix but surprisingly when I went to the registry location there was no such key on my system.

So I need some help from anyone here who have experienced the same. For more info, you can check my error log:

Even am facing a similar problem on Vista but on my system, these "red errors" have turned into fairly consistent red criticals. I got a Microsoft Article related to this solution where have mentioned steps to perfume by going to Administrative Tools>Component Services but unfortunately, similar to you, even I don’t have the registry entry tool to use. But somehow I need to fix this problem as soon as I can.

Somebody please give some working advice.
