How to fix Vista Blue Screen Error Page fault in nonpaged area

I am having a E-machine with Vista Home Premium. I am facing a blue screen error on my screen. The error is - STOP:oxooooo5o(oxf5eo718,oxooooooo1,ox81d4f0b5,oxooooooo2. I tried to locate some errors on web. And found that there is some option in bios which can help to disable the error. It is about some memory caching. I am not able to understand the same. But it looks that there is solution other than formatting and installing fresh Windows.

Bluescreen error appears due to driver problem. It might not be compatible. Check out the same. The error number that you had mentioned does not reflect any information on the same. I think there is some internal driver which has crashed and causing the failure. In bluescreen is there any file name provided. You can check that to find the cause of problem. You can disable shadowing from bios, but before that better post the exact error here. Go in Safe Mode. You might get few time to check the error details in Event Viewer.

I can offer you some help to disable memory caching from bios. First get in bios and look for Advance settings. You have to then location Shadowing or Cacheable RAM. Select that by pressing enter and then you can disable that. Bluescreen error occurs due to faulty driver or hardware. There are less chances you find a proper replacement for the same.
