Microsoft Windows Search Protocol Host issue

Yesterday evening when I started my Windows Vista running laptop, I got prompted with the following error message:

Microsoft Windows Search Protocol Host has stopped working

Options: -Check online for a solution (Ive already tired, and no such
luck)
-Close

It appears everytime I restart my system. Is there any one who having any idea with this ? Please help me out.

I suspect there is any faulty module that is creating the problem. Probably it is corrupted and hence you need to fix it out. To do this, just go to Start and type CMD. Right click Command Prompt and run it as Administrator. Type sfc /scannow and press enter. Now keep patience and let the system verify the system file set. Once it is done, close the command prompt and restart the system. See if it works.
