Destination Folder Access Denied error on Windows Vista

I am getting a constant error on my screen. First the error is about stdole32.tlb. It shows that it is corrupt and also when I try to copy or replace the file in System32 I am getting a access denied error. I am the admin of my system and I think I can replace files. I cannot understand why it is not allowing to replace the file. Is there any valid solution that I can try out.

You have to run a repair setup to find the issue or locate the problem caused. If you are the admin in the system then surely you are allowed to modify the system files. But somehow it looks there is another admin account or this can be also due to virus. You can run a repair setup of Vista which will replace the corrupt files and fix the errors. It is the easiest option. Better take the backup first and then check back.
