Flip 3D Does not work in Windows Vista while switching windows

I cannot understand this weird behavior in my system. I am getting a constant error while switching between windows. When I use Windows Key + Tab key the screen flips in 3D format. That is the common Vista affect. But that is not working. I cannot find any effects and the same works well in my friend computer.

Did you enabled the settings. If you are using a Classic theme, or if there are some internal settings which are closed then you might face the issue. Second you will need a updated edition of your display driver to use it in proper way. Try to test that after updating your video drivers.
