Windows Explorer keep crashing vista

Windows explorer on Vista keep crashing. It does not open the desktop. As soon as my Laptop starts, immediately it says that Windows Explorer finds a problem and needs to close, and then other windws that Windows explorer is restarting. and then again the first windws. So this is a continuouse cycle. I used al+ctrl+del and end process Explorer.exe and then can only able to open My Computer through Run.

I too had a similar kind of problem in my vista system and I noticed something that if I would uninstall RealPlayer to see if it would have any effect and Windows Explorer stopped crashing. I reinstalled it (including "Download this Video" plugins) and immediately Windows Explorer started crashing. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it without the plugins and Windows Explorer started crashing again.
