setup.exe has stopped working... won't let me uninstall

i'm trying to uninstall a 3mobile usb broadband and it keeps coming up
with "setup.exe has stopped working"

these are the problems that it says

there are also a few other files it won't let me delete either..

Does the program show up in Control Panel | Programs and Features?

yes it does.. thats where the setup.exe comes up, when i try to
uninstall it.. it also won't let me run it either

revo uninstaller will do it...

i have the same problem. iv been stuggling with the same problem for a few days what is the solution to get it back to accepting the games and letting me play them again?

need help with same ploblem as tasysam74, my rig consists of, Acer Aspire M3800 Tower Desktop PC, Core 2 Quad Q8300 2.5GHz, 4GB RAM, 750GB HDD, DVDRW, Nvidia GT220,HDMI Vista Home Premium
any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

You have to reinstall the program that you can't delete because the
setup.exe file in the program is contaminated. This is usually caused by
a system restore.

Solution: reinstall the affected program and then you can delete it in
control panel.

I just solved a simular problem.

Thanks, I Needed To Reinstall The Prior Program Before I Could Uninstall It. Likely Due To A System Restore That I Had To Do With A Virus.

Well a suitable antivirus can help you out here so please download an updated one and install the same I hope that you will be able remove the virus.
