You can try to go to Start >> Programs\Accessories and then right click on Command Prompt, select "Run as Administrator" to open a command prompt. After that type in the below text:

Here is what you need to do if you have the same issue: - Run a command prompt (cmd.exe) as an Administrator - Type: netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled |
