| Cannot connect to wireless network I support wireless networking for a company that supports hotels. I had a guest trying to connect via wireless, had her view available wireless networks, selected our network, she tried to connect, got message "Windows cannot connect to" and our network name. Had her try connecting several more times, then had her go to manage wireless networks, add a profile for our network(typical wireless hotspot config, authentication open, encryption disabled, Infrastructure mode), she still got message "Windows cannot connect to" our network name. Had her check Windows f/w, turn it off, still gets same error. She had good signal level, no other guests appear to be having such a problem in her area. Any ideas on what might be causing this? -- gleazer Posted via http://www.vistaheads.com |

Have you uninstalled her wireless adapter and reinstalled it? "gleazer" wrote: > > I support wireless networking for a company that supports hotels.
