Well you don't need to upgrade it to Windows Vista Ultimate. Outlook 2003 work pretty good with all version of Windows Vista. Can you please be more specific where exactly you are facing the problem at the time of Exchange Server Setup?
Thanks for your quick response, I will provide lil more information where I can getting the problem,
When I am trying to click on Setup Exchange Account, I am getting message I have to exit Outlook and click on the Mail Icon in Windows Vista, But I am not able to find any mail icon.
Can you please tell me are you using 64 bit Windows Vista ? If Yes then you need to look in the 32 bit applet section of the control panel, as Outlook 2003 is 32 bit application. Please check the below URL for more assistance. http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/newprofile.htm
Thanks for all your help, the instruction which suggest its completely perfect, I have copied a settings file from Outlook in my Windows XP system, over to Outlook in my Windows Vista System.
