I am using Windows Mail. I have a Exchange server at the place where I work. Now the settings are provided by the admin. I had configured my emails. But somehow at the time of setting mail I am getting error. It is not able to detect my smpt server. The error number is 0x800CCC0D. Can anyone tell me detailed information on the same. Thanks.

Turn off your antivirus and then check back. Ask your admin to check the internal settings properly. If your system is not allowed to access the server then kind of errors are quiet common. Check the below link. It has information related to error you are facing. The link below provides you detail on Outlook. But to some extent the solution is common.
