Importing Outlook Express to Outlook Vista Office 2007

I am having problems importing my outlookexpress Mail to Outlook on my new
vista computer with office 2007.

I had copied all mail and still not able to import?

Sorry...If you notice on

in the section "When Outlook and Outlook Express are installed on
different computers" step 7 will not work on the Vista Machine because
Vista dosen't have Outlook Express!!! So what I had to do is locate a XP
machine and follow the links instructions then copy the ".pst" file onto
the Vista OS and import or even just open the pst using Outlook 2007.
whewww!! I am a tech and have tried all kinds of things here but this
seems to be the only success I had. I will post any future solutions if
I come across any.
