I did everthing like Esson1 did, without success, I agree with Gary the
problem is on sky's ende.As window mail able to download from ntlworld &
supanet server without any problems .I have the feeling sky wants to force us
to use sky mail ,therefore I decided not use sky at all ,when the time come I
will cancel sky all together
