Windows Mail in Vista - Can not delete one message

Windows Mail, version 6 in Microsoft Vista Home Premium version 6

I've received an e-mail message that I cannot delete. This is the message I
get when I try.

Message could not be displayed. Windows Mail encountered an unexpected
problem while displaying this message. Check your computer for low memory or
low disk space and try again.

When I try to move this message to a folder this is the message I receive.
An unknown error has occurred.

Has anyone a fix for this?

It works for all folders, not just the Outbox.
