Facing some problem with Windows Mail. It wont allows me to send or Receive mails.
Whenever I try to open, it tells “socket error 11001 error no: X800CCC0D”. I don’t have any idea whats wrong. Somebody please help.

Who is your email service provider? Just go to their website and confirm your port numbers as well as incoming and outgoing servers. Am sure the settings are not proper hence you are getting the error.
Also if you are using McAfee or Norton, you will need to complete uninstall them because they block emails to windows Mail considering them as malicious though they are not.
