spell check - language not available

In vista RC2 build 5744 and mail version 6.0.5744.16384 I was getting a
dialog box that said: This language is no longer available ........ until I
went and reset the spelling language to English.

An easy fix but some users will look at the setting and see it's correct and
won't reset it anyways...

Same Here, had to go to Tools->Options->Spelling to reset English to English
