Mapi 32 dll error with MYOB and windows mail

I use MYOB accounting software to send emails via windows mail.

I am now having a problem when i try to send a message. It was working fine
before but i had a problem with sending messages in windows mail due to a
corrupt email in the outbox. when this problem was fixed i now get the
following error when trying to send via MYOB.

Mapi32.dll is missing or corrupt

Is there a way to reinstall windows mail as this file is part of windows
mail or can i replace the file or reregister it.

if i can reregister it what would be the command to use in Vista.

That file is normally part of Outlook. You may have to reinstall Outlook.

You can go to Start | Programs | Accessories and right click on the CMD
prompt shortcut and choose Run as Administrator. Then when the black window
shows, type

regsvr32 mapi32.dll

and see if that fixes the problem.
