Cannot send or receive emails using Yahoo Plus Pop

I have tried all suggestions and advice including going on Yahoo to obtain
information. I am using Comcast as my internet provider and do not believe
that is the root of the problem. I have set up Google and that works great.
Here is the error message that appears. Please advise. Thanks!

You MUST enable the SSL option with port 465 and port 995.
