| upgrade from spanish operating system to english without clean install At the moment, I am using windows home premium, but my operating system is in Spanish. Now, I want to upgrade to windows vista, but in English, but I can-t do that, because in order to do it I would require a clean install. How do I go about changing from my spanish operating system to an english one without wiping out all my information? -- tjwill Posted via http://www.vistaheads.com |

Buy Vista Ultimate via Anytime Upgrade, switch language to English. Also, Google "Vista Language Change" and try the Multilingual User Interface Language Pack Install Tool. http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/0...basic-edition/ This is a third party tool written by a Chinese programmer. I haven't tried it or spoken to anyone who has, but it looks legitimate. A "clean install" only replaces your operating system, not your user files or directory. Choose the option to install Vista to an existing partition without formatting it. "Windows Home Premium" is not a Windows product.
