Windows Mail --> Outlook 2007 or Windows Live Mail

So far I was using Windows Mail as my default mail client on Vista. Now as it seems like I need to upgrade the mail client, am confused between Outlook 2007 and Windows Live Mail. Which is best according to your guys in features, performance and everything?

Also suggest me the one in which can import all my backups as well. Thank you.

There is basically no comparison between Windows Live Mail and Outlook. Both are best at their own place. Now it depends completely on you which one fulfils your needs. Outlook Offers various things that don’t need and hence it becomes heavy. But if a guy need all those things, it will be best for him.

Same stands for WLM as well. So in short, comparing these two products is similar to comparing an enhanced freebee to a premium commercial client.

Hello Lyalisai, if you are saying Outlook is good, can you please tell me how you can migrate or import Windows Mail backup to the same? On the other hand, Windows Live Mail will be best for importing from Windows Mail.
