Can you please tell me what your email address is? I mean, is it @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc. What is the part after @? Whichever email service you are using, they might be having a support page on their website for setting up POP3 or IMAP section. You should search for the same on their website. It contains all settings including incoming and outgoing server info along with the ports. |

Thanks for the reply buddy. My email service provider is Microsoft.com. What now? |

By saying Microsoft.com as your service provider I guess your email should be either one of these MSN.com, Live.com, or Hotmail.com. if yes, than there is no way to set configure them because Microsoft wont provide POP3 access for these email accounts unless and until you have Hotmail PLUS account by paying money. |
