Update for Windows Vista (KB947562) gives error 8024200D

I have a laptop about a week old that came with Home Premium and had all the
critical updates installed. Tonight I used the Anytime Upgrade to upgrade to
Vista Ultimate. Then I checked for more updates and there were 7 or 8. All
but one installed okay. It was Update for Windows Vista (KB947562) that
failed to install. It fails with error 8024200D. I tried rebooting the
machine and installing the update again but got the same results.

How can i get this update to install?

Hi there, was this update offered via automatic updates?

    Error 0x8024200D = SUS_E_UH_NEEDANOTHERDOWNLOAD
The installer requires more data to be downloaded

If so, try downloading the full file from:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947562
