Windows Vista SP1 Download Fails w/ unknown error code

Hello everyone, good evening (It's evening where I live).
This is my problem. I tried to download and install the Windows Vista
Service Pack 1. I have fully installed all of the
optional/recommended/important updates needed. Windows Update offered to me
    to install Sp1.

I clicked install, and it started to download. I noticed a small bug on the
icon of the network and sharing center. It showed a red X. I clicked it,
then it said "Windows Explorer is closing" then it said "Windows Explorer is
restarting". When the taskbar came back, I checked the download. It was
still okay. It stopped at 40%. I let it download for a while, but when I
came back after 30 mins., it was still at 40%. I canceled the download and
    resumed it.

The download was normal, until it went to 20%. It stayed at 20% for a
while, then jumped to 25%, then to 37%. It kept downloading then it failed,
with the error code: 80091007. I searched around and could not find that
    error code.

I restarted my laptop many times, used system restore, everything. By the
way, I'm using the Acer Aspire 4520. Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit.
    NVIDIA GeForce 8400M G. AMD Turion 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-58 1.90 GHz.

I'm a gamer and I've experienced similar problems (I think) like this.
Let's say for example I need to patch a game. The patch downloads, but the
internet is disconnected. Once the internet is reconnected, the game starts
to patch again, but fails. What I would do is to delete the files that were
downloaded, and the game would re-patch itself successfully.

I was wondering if that would work. I found the folder on where the updates
are. I found the KB936330 packages and other files that have the KB936330 in
it. If I were to delete it, would Windows Update re-download everything? Is
that a system file used? Please tell me any tips.

    Thank you,
    Arvee.
