Error Code 0x8007F0F4 when trying to install SP3 on windows xp

Anyone knows this problem and how to fix it?

Windows XP Service Pack 3 installation fails with an error message, and the
following error is logged in the service pack installation log: "8007F0F4 -
STATUS_PREREQUISITE_FAILED"

I got this error because I was not using Microsoft's boot screen. When I
changed back to the default boot screen, it resolved the problem.
