Error 0xc0000142 After Loading XP SP3

I loaded SP3 for XP and now all I have is the blue screen of death.

STOP: c000021a {Fatal system Error}
The Windows Logon Process system process termenated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000142 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shutdown.


Any idea what I can do?

Sounds like you've got a hijackware-infected machine there:

since i installed sp3 i have error code Stop: 0x000000FC
i can.t reboot in safe mode....is there any support out there Dell are not helping me free as it is a software issue.. tho a month ago they helped me a lot with a driver installation sending all my system drivers via e-mail, ha, so why the change of heart Dell???...
microsoft in the UK charge for help with Sp3 as far as i can see.....sorry i can't help

i can.t reboot in safe mode....is there any support out there Dell are not helping me free as it is a software issue.. tho a month ago they helped me a lot with a driver installation sending all my system drivers via e-mail, ha, so why the change of heart Dell???..anyway i have xp media 2005...
