Where to manually download KB110806

I like to go to windows updates and see what MS say I need to install then I
download them manually and then install away from WU site, that way when I
come to format I have all my updates on hard drive, however when I went to
check the other day it said I needed the following "Microsoft .NET Framework
2.0 Service Pack 1 (KB110806)" which was 23.6MB in size but for the life of
me I can't find a download location for my OS, XP Pro SP2.

Can anyone shed some light on a download location please.
