Try to disable any Anti Virus you may have installed and try again.

I use to have the same problem, Im not an expert but the hp help, help me to resolve it. its an false update that the computer can not install it.
try to open (windows Help and support). copy the error and paste on the bar of the hp help. and follow the instructions. is what I did.
