Windows Updates not being installed

I've tried eveything as well. Message to Microsoft should be "I have
recently been using Ubuntu and it has gone so smoothly, I'm beginning to
wonder why I still use Windows. Yes, Microsoft is still top of the heap, but
with this kind of service, it will not be long. Keep up the good work." I
just want to update to SP1 as there should be some good things there, but if
you make it difficult, you are killing what built your company.
