I've tried eveything as well. Message to Microsoft should be "I have recently been using Ubuntu and it has gone so smoothly, I'm beginning to wonder why I still use Windows. Yes, Microsoft is still top of the heap, but with this kind of service, it will not be long. Keep up the good work." I just want to update to SP1 as there should be some good things there, but if you make it difficult, you are killing what built your company.
