i explore exe. application error

after I close the internet this message appears i explore exe.appliction
error The exception unknown software (oxoeedfade) occured in the application
at location ox7c812a5b I press ok then this is next error runtime error 217at
0375f1ca the second #goes up after 217 if i remove nortions internet
security it leaves i had it on my laptop before as a 60 day trial and
purchased and downloaded it pleassse help

Did you find out how to correct. I have the same problem. very annoying.
