Visual Studio 2005 SP1 failed to install

I tried to install VS 2005 SP1 using Windows Update.
SP downloaded OK but installation failed with error code = 0x64C.
I did it twice with the same result.
Any ideas how to fix this?

    Thank you

RE: Visual Studio 2005 SP1 failed to install

Tried again few minutes ago: failed again with error code = 0x643.
Can anybody tell me what is going on?
May be the file is corrupted? Then, how to force Microsoft Update to
    re-download it again?

    Thanks
