Error number: 0x80245003 Windows Update does not start at all

WOULD ANYONE KNOW WHAT TO DO IF THE ABOVE ERROR OCCURS?
this is what the message after initializing MS Update process says:

The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem.
For self-help options:

Frequently Asked Questions

Find Solutions

Windows Update Newsgroup
For assisted support options:

Microsoft Online Assisted Support (no-cost for Windows Update issues)

Even the proces described here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/919749/en-us
does not help...

Re: Error number: 0x80245003 Windows Update does not start at all

Almost, but WRONG !!! There's no need to delete the entire
SoftwareDistribution folder. Doing so also deletes the update history
viewwable on the Windows|Microsoft Update sites.
All one needs to do is to rename, delete the contents of, or delete
the WuRedir folder.
IF one gets a message that the folder's contents are in use, then one
must stop the Automatic Updates service or end Process wuauclt.exe via
Task Manager.
