SP2 Installation Error Code: 0x800706BE

While installing sp2, connection failed and I turned off PC thinking it will
be continued automatically after turning on , but in my update history, I saw
that sp2 installation is not comelete with the above error code. Also, I
can't buy the original CD in my area.
