    Error = 0xc80003F3

When I run Windows Update and it goes to "Checking if your computer has the
latest version of Windows Updating software...", I immediately receive the
    following error Msg:
The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem.
    [Error number: 0xC80003F3]

I've cleared the Temp Internet Files, restarted the Automatic Update
Service, replaced the wupdmgr.exe file. The system is Windows Server 2003
SP1 All patched to March 2006. Also has 8GB RAM w/6GB Free.

Any help would be appreciated. Partial Log file is below.

I had the same problem on a win 2003 system updated with WSUS.
I tried to update it with the Windows Update site too but the error is the
    same.
I tried also to remove C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution folder, but nothing
changed and the system was unable to recreate the datastore (DataStore.edb).

    RE: Error = 0xc80003F3

    I have this problem too.

I'm running Windows Vista (Home Premium) on a HP Pavilion DV6700 Notebook
with 3GB RAM etc. When I click "Check for Updates" in Windows Update I get
    the following error:

"Windows could not search for new updates"
    "Error(s) found: C80003F3"

So now I cannot update my system. Can anyone suggest how to fix this problem?

(Come on Microsoft! The first post in this thread is 2 years old!)

So, why choose the oldest one to comment in?
There are others which refer to exactly the same hex string
which are later than that--some which have even been marked
    "Helpful" (FWIW).

    Good luck
