Error 8007000e, 80070008, c80003f3 when updating

I have Windows 2000 terminal servers showing these errors in the
windowsupdate.log file. Updates that have already been applied successfully
start showing up as needed and page swaps per second is spiking. The problem
started a couple of weeks ago coincidentally when we started pushing kb832668
from our WSUS. All other functions seem to be working correcltly and this
does not effect performance. Restarting the Wuauserv service clears up the
problem for a couple of days before it returns. According to documentation I
found on the error codes out of memory is being indicated. Looking at the
task manager does not indicate that the machine is out of memory and other
processes are not effected.

The log files vary a bit with the errors being indicated in different
modules. I can supply more log files if it would be enlightening.
