    Error number: 0x8DDD0003

When I try to access MS Windows Update site I get the following error:

"Network policy settings prevent you from using Windows Update to download
and install updates on your computer. If you believe you have received this
message in error, please check with your system administrator"

How do I change the policy so I can update myself? I am an Administrator
    rights user.
    Grateful for any assistance.

    Best regards,
    Sten-Olof
