Updates won't install (KB974417) (KB951847)

The following won't install. There is no error code or reason given.

Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2 Security Update for Windows
2000, Windows Server 2003, and Windows XP (KB974417)
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and .NET Framework 3.5 Family
Update for .NET versions 2.0 through 3.5 (KB951847) x86

Any advice

When I check for Windows updates, This is what shows:

2000, Windows Server 2003, and Windows XP (KB974417)

This update has installed about 20 times over the last 3 days. Always says
it was successfull, but than 10 minutes later, it pops up again to be
installed.

I guess I just should ignore it, or what?

Why do you even put the effort into responding if you're going to respond
like a impotent little child?
