Windows Defender Code 0x80070422 HELP

I have been having troubles with removing the Trojan: Vundo.H. People say that it can be removed by Malwarebytes, but the program won't remove it at all. It says it has been but it comes back. Now I've ran windows defender and it brings the error code. Other solutions say that Vundo has stopped the auto updater and won't allow it to update and that Vundo has to be removed. Problem is it still won't get deleted. AVG and Malware have found it and every time I click the remove button, but the trojan doesn't go away. I also used Hijackthis to remove its infected files and the a .dll file name magbowa wont be deleted, and I think this is the Trojan itself.

0x80070422 would point out that a necessary service is not running or has been disabled. It is probable that the difficulty is being caused by means of a malware recognized as Vundo. Please scan your system by means of the installation antivirus and after that perform an online scan using Internet Explorer. If malware is detected, recommend you post within a forum reputable anti-malware for more help. If not, post back here and we must find run a tool to repair the AU service.
