error 0x800C0002 while updateing win2k

Ok so I like my win 2k and I write on a stone tablet too<G> but upon trying
to update my new install of win2k I get this error and it will not up date.
Is win 2k now cut off? is that my problem? what does this mean in this
application. Pete

I'm having the same problem. I think it's caused by the latest update
of the WU components. Likely related to the 403 errors experienced by
other users.
