I can't donwload windows update Windows XP (KB968389)

I get an error code of 0xF00B0004 not sure how to go about fixing it. Please
help. This download portion is part of the microsoft net framework it that
helps. I have already tried to download it twice but it failed to work.

You should make sure that your Internet connection is working perfectly fine before you start performing download of any files. If your internet connection is working well and good then you should possible search for the file on Internet and download it in your system. Once you have downloaded the file, install it. If you can't find the file, or the if downloaded file is still not working, then you should probably download it from the official website of Microsoft Support and then try to install it.
