| Vista Service Pack 2 Installation Error: Code 8007371C
When I try to instal the Vista Service Pack 2 I receive the error code: 8007371C. The help guide I follow is practically useless to me considering that it is aimed at helping the not so tech savy mother or granny. I've hit the Try again button several times but the same thing happens no matter how many times I "Try again". S.O.S! - Ricky |

Move Windows6.0-KB948465-X86.exe (SP2) to the newly created folder. Then *right* click Windows6.0-KB948465-X86.exe and choose 'Run as administrator'. Follow the prompts to allow it to run Elevated. After SP2 installs, undo the clean boot steps. If there still is an error, post to the Vista SP2 forum: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/...istasp/threads Or, contact MS - " Free unlimited installation and compatibility support is available for Windows Vista, but only for Service Pack 2 (SP2). This support for Windows Vista Service Pack 2 (SP2) is valid until February 26, 2010.
