After attack of viruses Windows Update produces an error 403

Help, please!!!
On my computer System Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition ver.2002 Service Pack 3. System licence. After attack of viruses at site visiting Microsoft Update there was a message:

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied

At visiting of the site of Microsoft for restoring absence of a file was clarified LoadLibrary (c:\windows\system\wuv3is.dll) . When I have opened a folder in it there was no file.
If the text is written not by "live" language - excuse, as I write through the translator.

On my computer attack for the purpose of payment for cleaning up of my computer from viruses has been made. That. That I had problems from Microsoft Update - result of this attack.
It was necessary to clear the computer of viruses very long.
