Windows Update Error 80070643 while installing KB963027

When updating "Cumulative security Update for Internet Explorer 7 for Windows
Vista (KB963027)", an error code 80070643 is shown.

My system is Vista Ultimate SP1.
I do not have MS Office 2003 installed, but instead MS Office 2007.
The start type of Office Source Engine is set to Manual.

I have also tried to download KB963027, and install it from local drive.
However, this also failed.

Engel, that's not an error Luo encountered in IE after installing KB963027
but an error encountered when trying to install KB963027.

You receive error code 0x80070643 or error code 0x643 when you use the
Windows Update or Microsoft Update Web sites to install updates:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/958052

Luo followed your advice, however, and reposted in IE General. If replied
to the post with a crosspost back to WU newsgroup.
