| Windows update for windows live sign in assistant (KB967912).
Can anyone help. Everytime I try to install above update, KB967912, it comes up as failed, with error code BC2. My windows live care has now picked this up, but still it won't install. I am running Vista home premium, any ideas? |

What Windows Live applications (excluding OneCare) are installed and when did you install them? -- ~Robear Dyer (PA Bear) MS MVP-IE, Mail, Security, Windows Client - since 2002 AumHa VSOP & Admin http://aumha.net DTS-L http://dts-l.net/ Sonic-boom 77 wrote: > Can anyone help. When did you install OneCare? Have you purchased it (yet)? As this problem (and error) is most-frequently associated with having either a beta or outdated version of a Windows Live application installed, I think you'd best take this up via OneCare channels instead: Windows Live OneCare Peer-to-Peer Support Forums http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/e...wsliveonecare/ How to reach official OneCare Support (FAQ) http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/e...8-17e305329d90 -- ~PA Bear Sonic-boom 77 wrote: > Hi PA Bear, I don't have any other applications other than one care, I > hope > this assists. > > "PA Bear [MS MVP]" wrote: >> What Windows Live applications (excluding OneCare) are installed and when >> did you install them? >> -- >> ~Robear Dyer (PA Bear) >> MS MVP-IE, Mail, Security, Windows Client - since 2002 >> AumHa VSOP & Admin http://aumha.net >> DTS-L http://dts-l.net/ >> >> Sonic-boom 77 wrote: >>> Can anyone help.
