Windows update for windows live sign in assistant (KB967912).

Can anyone help. Everytime I try to install above update, KB967912, it comes
up as failed, with error code BC2. My windows live care has now picked this
up, but still it won't install. I am running Vista home premium, any ideas?

What Windows Live applications (excluding OneCare) are installed and when
    did you install them?

Hi PA Bear, I don't have any other applications other than one care, I hope
    this assists.

When did you install OneCare? Have you purchased it (yet)?

As this problem (and error) is most-frequently associated with having either
a beta or outdated version of a Windows Live application installed, I think
you'd best take this up via OneCare channels instead:
