Windows Update KB938371 Error Code 80004005

Windows update tried to install this update numerous times and has failed
every time. I even tried to make a new account and install the update on that
one but it still failed.

Any help would be appreciated! =]

Are you currently running Vista or Vista SP1? <=just a question, not a
recommendation or suggestion!
