Security Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB948110) and KB948109 Failed

Both these updates keep failing to install, anyone have any ideas?

Both of these are for Windows Internal database and it may be getting
stuck as it needs a SA password or something. Open up the log file and
see what they say.

That is what it says, but I do not know how to give the internal database a
sa password
