    Dvd-rom

    I have a Acer Aspire 3104 WLMI laptob and the dvdrom isn't working. When i put a cd or a dvd-rom in it, It begins but he does nog load the cd or dvd, i can see that he is working but if i double click on the dvdrom icon he says that there is no cd or dvd in it. Can anybody help me?
    The name of the dvdrw drive is: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T10N ATA Device

    Ps can anybody tell me the brandname?

    Did you try another cd/dvd in the dvd rom? Try running ccleaner then reboot the system.

    Yes i tried several times.

    I allready read that topic, but there is nothing what helps. Can it be that the dvdrw player is just broken?
