| System noises in Vista Home Premium
I have Vista Home Premium running on a Toshiba Equium laptop. Every now and then it makes a "bong!" noise, which is very irritating, especially if I am recording when it happens. I have turned off all system sounds but the bong still sounds every now and then (last time about 45 mins ago). Presumably some program or other is notifying some kind of message, but I can't see how to find out which it is.   |
